The numbers on this page come from our database of user- logged outcomes. We don't fabricate, project, or model. If a number is on this page, a real user typed it into a real form after a real negotiation.
What we count
An outcome is a user's report of what happened after they ran a negotiation with a brief we generated. We classify each outcome as one of: won, partial, lost, no action, or unclear. The win rate is (won + partial) / (won + partial + lost + no action). Unclear outcomes are excluded from rates. Dollar totals include only won and partial outcomes.
Whose outcomes we count
Only outcomes where the user explicitly opted in to global sharing. Users who keep their outcomes private are excluded from every number on this page. This means the public stats are systematically conservative — many wins we've helped land aren't counted because the user chose not to share. We accept that.
How we anonymize
The dataset behind this page contains no user identifiers in the publicly-readable views. Free-text notes and personal details remain in the user's private record. Category-level statistics are suppressed below 50 outcomes per category — standard k-anonymity practice.
What we don't do
We don't adjust the numbers up to look better. We don't exclude bad months. We don't cherry-pick outcomes. When a category is having a rough quarter, the rate on this page reflects that. The category breakdown is sorted by sample size, not by win rate, so a struggling category doesn't hide at the bottom.
How outcomes are classified
A user types a description of what happened. Our outcome classifier (an AI model with a deterministic prompt) assigns a category based on the description and the dollar amounts the user reports. Classifications below 65% model confidence are routed to an unclear bucket rather than guessed. Users can correct a misclassification from their account.
