CITE ERROR

Found a wrong citation in a brief?

A brief cited a law that doesn’t apply to your situation, a case that doesn’t say what we claim, or a price that’s wildly off. We feed these reports back into the verification pipeline.

We read every report; reply when we can.
TRACK RECORD

Stats look wrong?

A number on the Track Record page looks off, a category is mis-bucketed, or a methodology question. If something is wrong, we want to know.

What we won't help with

Things to ask elsewhere.

We want to be straight about what's outside our scope, so you don't waste a turnaround cycle waiting for a reply that's just going to say “sorry, can't help.”

  • Individual legal advice. We're not a lawyer. For specific legal advice about your case, talk to a licensed attorney in your state. Many offer free initial consultations.
  • Calling the company on your behalf. We don't represent you. We don't make phone calls, send emails, or attend meetings as you. The product is prep; you do the talking.
  • Financial planning, tax advice, or accounting. Same reason — not licensed. CPAs and CFPs exist for a reason.
  • Decisions about whether to settle a lawsuit. If you're in active litigation, talk to your attorney. The Service is for pre-suit negotiations.
  • “Hack the brief” requests. We won't generate briefs designed to defraud the other party, evade legitimate debts, or aid conduct we'd be embarrassed to defend. The Terms spell this out.
